Mission Statement

The mission of the Housing Authority Town of Dover is to invest in, and assist, families of low to moderate income levels (including elderly and disabled people) by providing safe, decent, and affordable housing to encourage economic independence and healthy communities. The Housing Authority Town of Dover is deeply committed to operating in an ethical, efficient, and professional manner. The Housing Authority Town of Dover will establish and maintain partner relationships with both its clients and relevant community agencies in order to achieve its mission. The rights of the Housing Authority Town of Dover derives from N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-17(a) and Chapter 29 of the Dover Municipal Code.
